Introducing Olivia - a stunning wedding cake designed for timeless elegance! Each tier is expertly made with smooth buttercream and highlighted with the beautiful cascading arrangement of fresh white and cream roses, bringing a classic and refined touch. The cake comes in 2 or 3 tiered cake sizes.

Inside: Made with four layers of sponge in the bottom tier and three layers in the middle and/or top tier, filled with buttercream and any flavour-specific fillings between each layer, in your chosen flavour.

Outside: Finished with vanilla buttercream in natural cream. Flowers: Fresh, non-edible. The floral assortment will be in white and cream. Flower types might vary depending on availability or seasonal offer.

  • Our bakes are made in a kitchen where gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts and sulphites are present. Some ingredients may also be produced in facilities that handle peanuts. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that our products are completely free from these allergens.

  • You can either choose store pickup (free) or delivery option (with extra fee). This becomes available as you check out.

    • Pickup: At our Store: Tuesday - Saturday, at Em Cakes, 332 West End Lane, NW6 1LN (Sundays and Mondays are closed)

    Proof of delivery: Upon delivery, we will take photo proof of delivery as confirmation that the order has been received and fulfilled for our records.

  • 2 Tiered Cake: Bottom tier has 4 layers of sponges and Top tier has 3 layers of sponges, with buttercream icing in between. 

    • 2 tiered: Medium 8’’ 6’’; Large: 10’’ 8’’

    3 Tiered Cake: Bottom tier has 4 layers of sponges; Top and Middle tier has 3 layers of sponges, with buttercream icing in between. 

    • 3 Tiered: Small 8’’ 6’’ 4’’ , Medium 9’’ 7’’ 5’’, Large 10’’ 8’’ 6’’

    Sponge: Our cake sponges have moist texture and buttery taste.

    Icing: We use Swiss meringue buttercream which is light, fluffy and mildly sweet.

  • Your cake will be fully assembled as a finished piece, so no setup is required.

    The recipient should carefully follow the handling and storage instructions provided on the cake packaging, or refer to the guidance below for more details.

    • Cakes are to be stored in the cake box, in the fridge in and then taken out to come to room temperature for serving. Typically 1-2 hours before serving.

    • We recommend serving this cake within 24 hours of receiving for optimal freshness (as there’s fresh flowers on the outer decoration).

  • If you are picking up your cake from our store, we recommend transporting it in a car.

    • Please make sure you place the cake box flat on the floor in the front, instead of on the car seat.

    • Drive slowly, avoid harsh breaks.

    Hot weather:

    • If it is hot, make sure your car’s air conditioning is on at least 30’ before arriving at pickup and during the transport. It is best to get some ice packs ready to put around the cake box.

    Once you’re home or at the venue, keep the cake refrigerated in the cake box and bring it to room temperature before serving (typically 1-2 hours out of the fridge).

    We don’t recommend driving with a cake for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour if it is hot).

  • Cake Dowels: There are cake dowels in the middle of the cake to keep the cake stable.

    This is not edible and needs to be removed before serving.
