For Future Enquires and last minute orders:

  • Over the phone: T: 0208 127 6363 (Tuesday–Saturday). The best way to discuss a future order is to call the store during opening hours.

  • Alternatively, please fill in the contact form with the cake details. Responses may be instant, but can take up to 3–5 days.

For Orders already placed: To request changes such as date or time or to cancel an order - please use our online Contact form below and include your order number. Responses may be instant, but can take up to 3–5 days.

Note: we do NOT do custom cakes except orders for Corporate Events .
