• Via contact form: To update Details such Mobile Number, Venue Name, Recipient’s Details, etc; or to request Changes such as date or time or to cancel an order: please use our online Contact Form below and include your order number. Responses may be instant, but can take up to 3–5 days

• Or call the store: During opening hours (Tues–Sat), quoting your name and order confirmation number

Note: we do NOT do custom cakes except orders for Corporate Events
