Each cake has 3 layers of sponges with icing in between.

  • 14’’ cake: 14 inches wide (15 inches inc decoration) - 4 inches high

  • 16’’cake : 16 inches wide (17 inches inc decoration) - 4 inches high

All cakes are placed on a cake board of approx 4 inches wider than the cake width and in a cake box of approx 2 inches taller than the cake height (for storage reference). For example, 12 ‘‘ cake will be placed on the 16 inches cake board, in a square cake box of 16 inches wide and 6 inches tall.
